Road closure due to stormwater drainage work!

The Lefkoşa Turkish Municipality (LTB) announced that Haşmet Gürkan street in the Walled City of Lefkoşa will be closed to traffic as of today (2nd Nov) for three days until stormwater drainage work is completed. The stormwater drainage work that will be carried out between 8 am-3:30 pm on Haşmet Gürkan street in the Walled City of Lefkoşa is expected to continue on the 3rd and 4th of November, the municipality noted. It has been announced that citizens using this route will be directed to Nuri Efendi street during the roadworks. Drivers using this route have been urged to be cautious and follow traffic signs.
