Oktay is departing from North Cyprus today

Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay, who came to North Cyprus yesterday to hold contacts, cancelled his schedule due to the fire.
Oktay is expected to leave North Cyprus and return to Türkiye today.
Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay planned to participate in the "Entrepreneurship Grant Program" to be held at the Development Bank conference hall today and meet with the young sportsman.
He was also scheduled to carry out research at the Academic Unit Campus of the Ankara Social Sciences University and visit the Beyarmudu Municipality and meet with women producers and entrepreneurs.
Oktay who arrived in North Cyprus yesterday first held on-the-spot inspections at the fire-stricken areas with President Ersin Tatar and Prime Minister Ünal Üstel.
Oktay then came together with President Tatar and Parliamentary speaker Töre and Prime Minister Üstel.
