Hunter fined after posting photos of animals he shot on social media

According to police, legal action was taken against one individual yesterday during routine police controls carried out throughout the country within the scope of the Great Hunting Season. It was determined that the person, who had no hunting licence, was detected hunting in an open area with a rifle belonging to someone else. Legal action was taken against the person in question and the owner of the rifle. Meanwhile, one individual received an administrative fine for sharing pictures on social media of three hares hunted in an open area in Balıkesir. An investigation is ongoing.
