Greek Cypriot suspect taken to Military Court again today

Greek Cypriot A.S who was detained on charges of violating a military forbidden zone was brought before the Military Court again today. The case depends on the verdict.
Judge Murat Soytaç, today ruled that the final decision on the verdict of the case will be announced on September 27th and that the suspect would be detained for a further five days.
The suspect admitted to taking photographs of a military forbidden zone in court.
Meanwhile, at a İskele District Court hearing the other day the suspect signed bail of 30 thousand TL promising to maintain peace and tranquillity for three years following charges of using two radios without obtaining necessary permission from the authorities.
